Since the products are shipped directly from the supplier, the average delivery time is 7-14 working days after your order has been processed.

In 99% of cases the order will be delivered within the delivery time stated above.

When a package is delivered to your home or dropped off at a post office, Modioza will cover the cost of delivering the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up by the post office, it will automatically be returned to the delivery person. In this case, we will send you a new package free of charge. If it is not accepted the second time, we have the right to deduct €15 from the amount you will receive back.


I received a damaged/wrong product?
How unfortunate! In case of defective or incorrect products, we always deliver a new package free of charge. If the product arrives faulty the second time? Then we will refund you the full purchase price. In this case, please always contact us at info.senzza@gmail.com

Package lost? New package the first time, faulty the second time? Refund
If a package is lost, cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons or is returned for unknown reasons, we will always send a new package before proceeding with a refund or return.
